Following a series of meetings with a wide range of Live Oak constituents early this spring, our search firm, Brigham Hill Consultancy, drafted a search profile to publicize the Head of School opportunity and spur or confirm interest among individuals who might wish to explore the position. The profile was subsequently honed and polished by the Head of School Search Committee to ensure that it properly reflects Live Oak’s aspirations and captures our “voice”.
