Cross Country Brings Home Two Team Titles

The Live Oak Lightning cross country team took part in the cross country finals this past Friday at Hellman Hollow in Golden Gate Park and took home two team titles.
Live Oak took part in the cross country finals this past Friday at Hellman Hollow in Golden Gate Park. The Lightning claimed the team titles in the 7th/8th grade girls and boys divisions. In the 7th/8th grade girls race, Shoshi K. (3rd), Isabel A. (6th), and Emma L. (7th) led the way. Nate S. took home first place, Kai R. finished in sixth, Coleman P. finished in ninth and Tavis M. finished in tenth to lead the Live Oak 7th/8th grade boys. The Lightning finished 4th and 5th in the 5th/6th grade boys and girls divisions. Live Oak placed Kenji (6th), Sierra (3rd) and Mia A. (10th) in the top ten in their respective divisions.
