How to Enroll

List of 4 items.

  • Log Into the Family Portal

To begin the enrollment process you will need login to the Live Oak Family Portal

Please follow these steps (all parents/guardians of a student will need to login and sign the enrollment agreement for it to be completed):

    1. Enter the email address that was used to send your admissions decision
    2. Click “Next”
    3. Click “Continue”, this should take you to a Sign Up page where you will create a password
    4. Once a password has been selected, click “Submit”
    5. Check your email for a confirmation code
    6. Enter the confirmation code to activate your access to the Live Oak Family Portal
    7. Return to the login page and enter your email and password
  • Access the Enrollment Agreement

Once you are logged into the Portal, you will see a notification banner at the top of the page.

Click on the “Contract to Review” link. This will lead you through the Enrollment Agreement. Select “No”, when the question about a Tuition Management account comes up (your Tuition Management will be automatically created and can be accessed in the future through the Family Portal Resource Page).

Review each section. Initial where needed. Click “next” to move through the Enrollment Agreement.
  • Setup Tuition Payments

The Enrollment Agreement will ask you for your payment type information (bank account, credit card, or invoice) when you make your payment plan selection. This information will be automatically transferred and saved into the Tuition Management system and will be used as future tuition invoices become due.

When signing and submitting each Enrollment Agreement you will be asked for specific payment information for the initial payment (10% of tuition). This can be the same information that was entered at the beginning, or a separate payment type. Only the first Parent/Guardian will be asked to make the initial payment.

Note that, if you select the monthly plan, or the single payment and add the Tuition Refund Plan, the 0.95% of tuition will be added to your student’s tuition account before April 15, 2025.
  • Submit the Enrollment Agreement

To submit a completed Enrollment Agreement, each parent/guardian will need to login to the Portal, initial and submit the Enrollment Agreement. Only the first parent/guardian to submit the Enrollment Agreement will be asked to make the initial payment.

For families with multiple households, please work out amongst yourselves which household will be making the initial payment and let AJ Viola (aj_viola@liveoaksf.org) know, so the system will not require payment from both households.

Please note that the family that makes the initial payment will be the one that will be linked to any future tuition payments for the 2025-26 year.
Contact AJ Viola, aj_viola@liveoaksf.org, in the Live Oak Business Office if you have any questions about establishing your Tuition Management account or completing the Enrollment Agreement.
We know there will be a lot of information coming your way. We are happy to help answer all your questions. In the meantime, feel free to reference our enrollment resources below to start finding some of the answers to your questions.

We are excited to help guide you through the enrollment process. Reach out to us with any questions!
